Hello guys welcome to mskearnings.com today in this article we are talking about Apple Reportedly Started iPhone 14 Trial Production. The iPhone 14 lineup is expected to bring new features to Apple’s lineup, with the most dramatic updates reportedly being reserved for the iPhone 14 Pro.
iPhone models will go official in the month of September. One of the latest reports suggests that the iPhone 14 series, including all four models, will go official on September 13.
iPhone 14 series is expected to arrive with many new upgrades and improvements, but some things in the production are making it challenging.
The iPhone 14 series may go official sometime in September and the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro are likely to feature the same screen size.
According to a report by ITHome, the Cupertino, California-headquartered company has begun trial production of the iPhone 14 series and it plans to mass-produce the lineup in August.
Apple Reportedly Started iPhone 14 Trial Production
As per the latest report, Apple has started trial production of the iPhone 14 series smartphones and is expecting the phones to sell more than its predecessors.
Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently claimed that a new survey “indicates that some Chinese distributors will have to pay the highest prepaid deposit ever for iPhone 14 to ensure a sufficient supply.
“The iPhone 14 shipment forecast of component suppliers and EMS is about 100 million and 90 million units in 2H22, respectively,” Kuo mentioned.
“The solid demand for iPhone 14 in the Chinese market may reduce market concerns about the risk of the iPhone 14 order cut after the launch.
The expectations for the sales from Apple are in line with what the market analysts are speculating. Many analysts believe that the next-gen Apple iPhone series could outperform the smartphone industry globally if major economies fall into recession.
Apple has been seeing good results in terms of sales despite the overall smartphone demand appearing to be cooling off. The company is still seeing good sales momentum for the iPhone 13 lineup, contrary to its track record of iPhone sales slowing down from the month of July in anticipation of the next-gen model.
Apple seems to provide many upgrades to the iPhone 14 Pro models, which makes iPhone 14 base model worthless, and also, we might see this impact after its launch because it would have iPhone 13’s chip.
It is also being said that the pricing of the Apple iPhone 14 series could be $100 more than its predecessor because of many factors, including the rising cost of raw materials, supply constraints, and other economic reasons.
What else to expect from the Apple iPhone 14 series?
Rumors have suggested the 2022 iPhone 14 series will come with several improvements, including a new design over the Pro model, a better camera, and more. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are also said to come with a taller profile and better camera module to fit the new internals.
The Apple iPhone 14 Pro model will come with 8GB of RAM and a 120Hz refresh rate display. However, the iPhone 13 model devices are available with a storage option of 128GB. However, the analysts believes that the base storage capacity of the iPhone 14 series devices will be 64GB.
The iPhone 14 Pro appears set to be a much bigger upgrade than the regular model with rumors of an always-on display and a new hole-punch notch, as well as a 48MP camera reportedly on the horizon.
Some reports also claim that the iPhone 14 series would be USD 100 more expensive than the predecessor because of several factors.
Reports suggest that the rise in the price of components, supply chain, and assembling costs has certainly increased due to the entire COVID-19 scenario.
The always-on display will be added to the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro variants with iOS 16 that was recently unveiled. The always-on display feature will let the upcoming iPhones display a limited amount of information even while they are locked.
