Deleted stories that are no longer in our archive will remain in the folder for 24 hours. Everything else will be deleted automatically by Instagram after 30 days and we won’t be able to recover it.

Here, we will give you complete information that how you can easily get deleted posts by some easy steps.

First of all open your Instagram app and go to your profile section.

Tap on the three-line button in the top-right corner and select “Settings” from the following list of options.

Head into the “Account” menu

Click on “Recently Deleted” option given in the list.

Here, we’ll find all the posts, reels, stories, and IGTV videos we’ve deleted in the last 30 days.

In the “Recently Deleted” section, stories will remain for 24 hours, if they are no longer in our collection. In addition, every other deleted post, reel, story IGTV video will automatically be removed from the trash folder after 30 days.

We can either restore it or delete them from our account permanently. To do that, we’ll tap on the content we want to restore or delete forever.

After that, we’ll select the three-dot “More” button in the bottom-right corner.

And than we can pick between restoring the deleted content or deleting it forever.

If you are not able to see your recovered post then you refresh your profile once then you will see your recovered post. Similarly, you can recover your reel, story & IGTV video as well, but keep in mind that only within 30 days.
